Seabird Stroll

Seabird Stroll is a 1 ½ miles long loop trail that winds its way through Waterstone. It provides connections to the community sidewalks and the pool amenity center. The trail consists of a paved walkway or boardwalk and is easily accessible for all.

Heron Point

An elevated boardwalk winds down around the pond, flanked by marsh grasses on one side and a rolling berm on the other. Swings and shade pergolas overlook the wetland pond and built-in benches on the bridge allow residents to sit and take in the natural surroundings.
