Seabird Stroll is a 1 ½ miles long loop trail that winds its way through Waterstone. It provides connections to the community sidewalks and the pool amenity center. The trail consists of a paved walkway or boardwalk and is easily accessible for all.
An elevated boardwalk winds down around the pond, flanked by marsh grasses on one side and a rolling berm on the other. Swings and shade pergolas overlook the wetland pond and built-in benches on the bridge allow residents to sit and take in the natural surroundings.
Crossing over the wetlands that envelop Ibis Island, an elevated boardwalk brings residents to Ibis Island. A dirt footpath snakes the perimeter of the Island. A fire pit on a paver patio, with Adirondacks chairs, is available for residents to gather and enjoy.
Indulge in a game of pickleball on pristine courts. While surrounded by coastal air and comradery, pickleball becomes an elevated and inclusive activity for those of all ages and skill levels.
