Seabird Stroll is a mile long loop trail that winds its way through Waterstone. It provides connections to the community sidewalks, four trailside parks and the pool amenity center. The trail consists of paved walkway or boardwalk and is easily accessible for all.
An elevated boardwalk winds down around the pond, flanked with marsh grasses on one side and a rolling berm on the other. A viewing deck with swings and shade pergolas overlooks the wetland pond.
Crossing over the wetlands that envelope Ibis Island, an elevated boardwalk brings residents to Ibis Island. A dirt footpath snakes around the perimeter of the Island. A deck and fire pit are available for residents to gather around and enjoy.
Emerging from the back of the ponds, the trail leads to Egret Knoll. A playground allows kids to run free while parents can relax in the picnic shelter. The picnic shelter looks out over the pond and the wetlands.
